I pray to the Patron Saint of Apathy

Last night

I had this dream (I don’t remember what it was about) and I started talking (as a response to something in the dream) and then I woke up right after finishing the phrase. I realized that though it was dialogue from my dream, I had said it out loud in real life and had abruptly awakened after saying it. It was such a weird feeling. I felt like I didn’t even know who I was for a good 15 seconds (which felt like 20 minutes) and then went back to sleep.

You know you’re sleep deprived when you enter REM sleep during your 30 minute nap…

Fuck exhaustion. I really really wanted to play pokémon but now I’m too tired to do anything. It’s reached the point of tiredness where I’m starting to tear up and my nose is getting runny for apparent reason…and it’s only 11:30pm…gah. fuck… at least making love to my bed is a decent consolation prize.
